Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license and strong nursing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.

• Monitor residents’ health, vital signs, and medical records for quality care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assess resident needs for critical care.
• Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous learning in the nursing department.
