Job summary

Parkway Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team on assigned shifts. You will guide daily patient care, supervise rounds, and support admissions and care coordination to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN/LVN license, has 2+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in leadership, and demonstrates strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN/LVN license in applicable state.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience with at least one year in leadership.
• Interest or experience in geriatrics is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Lead daily rounds to monitor resident condition and staff performance.
• Support admissions, transfers, and ongoing care coordination.
• Review documentation and care practices to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Coach and support nursing team, assign coverage, and promote teamwork.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and respond to incidents or emergencies.
