Parkway Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care. Lead with compassion and mentor your team in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, resident safety, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to sustain excellence in care and operation. Mandarin skills are preferred for effective communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience with at least one year in leadership.
• Interest or experience in geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities and ensure care follows standards.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident condition, care needs, and staff performance.
• Provide clinical support and guidance during assigned shifts.
• Ensure changes in resident condition are communicated and addressed.
• Support admissions, transfers, discharges and care coordination.
• Review documentation and care practices to improve outcomes.
• Partner with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Provide coaching and support to nursing staff and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Foster teamwork, accountability and a positive work environment.
