Job summary
Westbury Center of Conyers for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of care for residents, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and work with leadership to implement a comprehensive nursing program.
The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff supervision, and collaboration with the DON, Unit Manager, and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in GA.
- Strong leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
- Ability to coordinate care and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Assists Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing—interviews, hires, and orientations.
- Clinical leadership with DON and Unit Manager to plan and direct a comprehensive nursing program.
- Provide nursing leadership to meet organizational goals and center objectives.
- Coordinate with DON to ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and professionals.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and address care plan indicators.
- Track QM/QI data and report trends to improve care quality.
- Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives and implement educational plans.
