Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities during the tour of duty. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while coordinating resident care and supervising LVN/LPN, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, participating in rounds, reporting changes in patient condition, and collaborating with physicians and other health professionals to optimize care quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise resident care.
• Manage and administer IVs as required.
• Supervise and train LVN/LPN, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in care delivery.
• Monitor care plans and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with physicians and health professionals about orders and patient status.
