You will oversee nursing operational standards, report on productivity, quality metrics, inform families about procedures, and handle complaints while fostering a compassionate environment for patients and loved ones.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or RN program required.
• California RN license in good standing and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and timeframe.
• Ensure nursing operational standards are met and report on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions.
• Handle complaints and provide compassionate psychosocial support.
