Regency at Shelby Township is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee resident care during assigned shifts. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans while ensuring quality and safety, and you will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to maintain continuity of care.

Join our team to lead on-site operations, support families and residents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Formación

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long‑term or sub‑acute care.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises LPNs, CNAs and other direct-care staff.
• Plans and directs work to meet resident needs.
• Prepares assignments with staffing and safety in mind.
• Receives staffing calls and arranges replacements.
• Completes evaluations and assists with hiring/discipline decisions.
• Adjusts breaks and resolves staff concerns.
• Oversee unit operations during absences of management.
• Use independent judgment per policies and laws.
