Regency at Jackson in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care plans while maintaining safety and quality.

Formación

• RN license in good standing (state licensed)
• CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
• 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises LPNs, CNAs, and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work according to resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring or disciplinary actions
• Oversee unit operations during absence of higher-level management
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and laws
