Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a full-time skilled nursing role. You will supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans. The position requires an active RN license and supervisory experience in geriatric settings.

Responsibilities include monitoring, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments, while guiding RN, LPN, and CNA staff across evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; must hold RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience with supervisory duties; geriatric experience preferred; CPR and AED certifications required; First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Oversee assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation of treatments and quality-improvement activities.
