Job summary

Vi in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a caring team at Bentley Village. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, care planning, and evaluation of treatments, while guiding and supervising support staff.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, CPR and First Aid, with a patient-centered approach. Work three 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Working knowledge of long-term care.
• CPR certification required.
• First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience preferred.
• Experience or continuing education in elderly care preferred.
• Courteous and professional manner in interactions with others.
• Resident- and customer-focused problem-solving approach.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments.
• Quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Supervise staff and coordinate resident care with family and health care team.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse - RN

Three 12 hour shifts including every other weekend

As an RN you will be responsible for providing superior care to assigned residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role also involves the supervision of several talented staff members as well as establishing relationships with the resident, family and other members of the health care team.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from an accredited school of nursing.Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practicing is required.
• Has a working knowledge of long-term care.
• Current CPR certification as approved by American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly is preferred.
• All applicants must maintain a courteous andprofessional manner through interactions with others.
• Use a residentand customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.
