Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL seeks a Registered Nurse on call to deliver high‑quality home health care. You will manage medications, assess residents, and coordinate care with the health team, ensuring positive outcomes and adherence to care plans.

The role involves supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. RN licensure, CPR/First Aid, and 6 months’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; First Aid certification.
• Minimum 6 months of registered nurse experience; elder care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Registered Nurse – RN On Call with home health responsibilities.
• RN Medication Management for assigned residents.
• Home Health Days Tuesday through Thursday with flexibility for additional coverage as needed.
• Provide superior care including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments; engage in quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Supervise several skilled staff members and foster relationships with residents, families and health care team.

Formation

Graduate of accredited Nursing program

Current RN licensure in state of practice

Bachelor’s degree preferred

CPR certification (AHA/Red Cross)

First Aid certification

6 months RN experience; elder care preferred
