Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for full-time day shifts Monday through Friday with every other weekend. You will monitor and guide nursing staff to deliver superior resident care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of treatments, and contribute to quality improvement.

The role requires a state RN license, BSN preferred, minimum 3 years RN experience with supervisory responsibilities, and CPR/AED plus First Aid.

Qualifications

• Graduates from an accredited school of nursing; RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience with supervisory experience in hospital or SNF; geriatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications required; First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care and quality assurance/PI activities.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Full Time Skilled Nursing

Monday thru Friday 8 hour shifts with every other weekend

As an RN you will be responsible for monitoring and assisting the nursing staff to provide superior care to residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role involves the supervision of several talented RN, LPN, and CNA staff during evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses.BSNis preferred. Current StateLicensure as a registered nurse in the state where practicing. Minium 3 yearsas an RNin a hospital or skilled nursing facilitywith supervisory experience is preferred.Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred. Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required. Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified. Food handler's certification, where required. All applicants must possess a courteous and professional manner through interactions with others and customer-focus approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
