Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a full-time skilled nursing role. You will supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans. The position requires an active RN license and supervisory experience in geriatric settings.

Responsibilities include monitoring, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments, while guiding RN, LPN, and CNA staff across evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; must hold RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Full Time Skilled Nursing

Monday thru Friday 8 hour shifts with every other weekend

As an RN you will be responsible for monitoring and assisting the nursing staff to provide superior care to residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role involves the supervision of several talented RN, LPN, and CNA staff during evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses. BSN is preferred. Current State Licensure as a registered nurse in the state where practicing. Minimum 3 years as an RN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility with supervisory experience is preferred. Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred. Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required. Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified. Food handler's certification, where required.
