Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing unit operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in a compassionate, collaborative environment. You will lead rounds, oversee medication distribution, and contribute to resident well-being on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
