Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN-Supervisor) to lead our clinical team on the night shift, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, collaboration, and compliance with regulations, with full-time hours on a 11-7am schedule, including every other weekend, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred
• Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) software

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitor medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient-care activities
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed
• Ensure staff duties comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership
