Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead daily operations on our clinical team, oversee nursing staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

You will supervise shifts, mentor staff, conduct rounds, provide education to staff and families, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Full-time and part-time schedules available, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge and experience using PCC.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff are performing duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
