Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead by example, oversee clinical care, and support the nursing team. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of resident well-being and ensuring staff are empowered and supported in their leadership duties.

The position offers full-time hours on a 3-11 shift with every other weekend, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Associates or Bachelor degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care and supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Monitor distribution of medications and other patient-care activities.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during shifts.
