Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the floor, overseeing daily operations and mentoring nursing staff. You will ensure high-quality resident care and support a collaborative, compassionate work environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and coordination of care, with a focus on compliance with regulations and effective teamwork among nurses and other care staff.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitor medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed.
