Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on weekend shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) with per diem weekdays and weekends coverage. The role requires leadership, clinical oversight, and a commitment to compassionate resident care.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active New Jersey RN license, with 1+ year of LTC or subacute supervision preferred. Join us to support families and uphold high care standards.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year supervision/leadership experience in long-term care or subacute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care.
• Educate staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
