Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the night shift, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. You will assist the Director of Nursing and coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care.

The role requires a nursing degree, at least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferably in a long-term care setting), and current CPR certification. Competitive benefits are offered alongside a competitive pay rate.

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 2 years of direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric settings.
Minimum 1 year of experience as nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting.
Current CPR certification and valid state licensure.

Responsibilities

Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the floor assigned.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and facility policies.
Reviews complaints and grievances and reports to the Director of Nursing as required.
Maintains adequate stock of medications, supplies and equipment and notifies relevant staff.
Assists in developing assessments of residents' nursing needs.
Makes nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
Encourages staff to attend outside training programs and schedules times accordingly.
