Job summary

Complete Care Management in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead a care team and elevate patient outcomes. You will supervise nursing staff on a 3-11p shift, oversee medication distribution and blood draws, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds an Associates or Bachelors in Nursing, an active NJ RN license, and 2+ years in long-term care or subacute settings.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or higher required.
• Active NJ RN license.
• 2+ years in long-term care or subacute settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and other care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff duties comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
