Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in New York. We offer full-time and part-time roles with shifts from 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a.

The RN will supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities under the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, leading shift meetings, identifying care issues, and coordinating with other resident services for continuity of care.

Qualificações

• RN license in the state of employment is required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience is preferred.
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

Conhecimentos

Clinical nursing experience

Management experience

English language proficiency

CPR/BLS certification

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (preferred)

Current RN license in the state of employment
