Job description

Schedule & Pay

Three (3) evenings per week: 3 pm to 11:30 pm; plus every other weekend 7 pm to 7 am.

Pay: $49 – $55 per hour, plus a weekend differential of $7 per hour (pay based on experience).

About the RN Supervisor role

The RN Nursing Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care. This position manages daily nursing operations, coordinates patient care activities, and fosters a collaborative environment among multidisciplinary teams. The RN Supervisor ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices to maintain resident safety and satisfaction, serves as a mentor and resource for staff, and drives operational excellence to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
