Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Towson, MD is seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time or part-time roles with shifts including 11pm-7am and 7am-7pm every other weekend. The role offers $40-$52 per hour, all-inclusive, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and benefits.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing care, providing clinical oversight, monitoring residents, and ensuring compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Able to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.

• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.

• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Maryland
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
