Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Mount Vernon, IL, seeks an RN to plan, coordinate and manage nursing care for our residents. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate meds and treatments, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care in a compassionate environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, document in EMR systems and communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state RN license.
• Current CPR certification; certification in nursing specialty preferred.
• Interest in gerontological nursing with willingness to work with frail elderly.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate and document medication administration and treatments.
• Perform nursing assessments and report changes to physicians.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on resident assessments.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
