Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate and manage nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Under the Director of Nursing, you will provide compassionate care and ensure safety and well-being for our elderly residents.

The role emphasizes supervision of CNAs, medication administration, and collaborative care planning. Strong communication and adherence to care standards are essential, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state RN license.
• Current CPR certification; additional nursing specialty cert preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care provided by nursing assistants and others.
• Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit ensuring appropriate staff coverage.
• Administer and document medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate resident records and respond to changes in status.
• Support quality of care initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
