Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking an RN Supervisor for a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift in a long-term care setting. This Monday–Friday evening schedule offers no weekend work, with an evening differential of $4/hour and a potential 25% base pay increase in lieu of benefits.

You will support the Director of Nursing, lead nursing units, ensure compliance, recruit and mentor staff, and help maintain safe, high-quality care. A current RN license, BLS/CPR, and LTC experience are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; 2 years in long-term care; 1 year in management/supervisory role preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; BSN preferred.
• Experience with PCC is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing and lead the clinical operations of assigned units.
• Ensure care delivery is efficient, compliant with policies, and achieves positive outcomes.
• Collaborate to maintain adequate staffing and reduce overtime and agency usage.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and performance decisions.
