Genesiscareers is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient, high-quality nursing care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

You will lead nursing units on assigned shifts, ensure policy compliance, and help maintain adequate staff to provide 24/7 care while minimizing overtime and agency use. Strong clinical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure.
• A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required.
• Minimum of two years in long-term care nursing with one year in a supervisory/administrative capacity preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for 24/7 care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and workforce decisions.
