Job summary

Waterfront Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a 7am-3pm shift. The role oversees CNAs/GNAs, ensures compliance with nursing policies, and maintains high standards of patient care in a senior living environment.

You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities, provide education, and conduct performance evaluations. Must have an active RN license and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Ability to supervise CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs/GNAs and other nursing staff.
• Provide education and counseling, perform disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Complete performance evaluations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
