Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the 3p-11p shift. The RN will deliver nursing care using the nursing process under the physician's direction, interacting with residents, families and health team members to maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities include administering medications, preparing for procedures, and supervising CNAs. The role emphasizes discharge planning and coordination with other departments to ensure quality resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid PA state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Current AHA health care provider training (BCLS).
• Demonstrated experience within a skilled nursing facility and ability to provide proof of such experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepare for and assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff at bedside.
• Coordinate resident care with the health team and participate in discharge planning.
• Direct unit management and supervise shift operations.
