Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care for residents. The role includes assessing needs, administering care, and supervising LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include staffing input, clinical leadership with DON, care plan implementation, QM/QI reporting, and participation in quality improvement. The position emphasizes teamwork across disciplines and staff education.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in GA required.
• Experience in nursing leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents and assess needs.
• Assist DON and Unit Manager with staffing and staff orientation.
• Provide clinical leadership and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Ensure timely compliance and care plan implementation.
• Prepare QM/QI reports and track data trends.
• Actively participate in Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement educational plans for staff.
