Meriden Health and Rehab LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor-Full Time 7-3p to join our team. You will supervise registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and CNAs, oversee daily unit operations, and ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

Leadership and regulatory compliance are essential to support staff development and policy implementation. The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with CT RN license and at least 2 years in a nursing leadership position, plus strong

Experience leading nursing teams in a clinical setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct a team of nursing staff to ensure high quality patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in the unit.
Assess opportunities for improvement and implement care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff for coordinated care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
Maintain accurate records including charts and performance evaluations.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for staff growth.
