Qualifications

• Active CA RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience as charge nurse or supervisor in SNF/long-term care.
• Familiarity with Title 22 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and oversee clinical documentation.
• Supervise and mentor floor RNs and CNAs.
• Perform digital clinical audits in PCC to ensure chart accuracy.
• Maintain shift-wide compliance with Title 22 and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update resident care plans.
