Qualifications

• Must hold a CA LVN license in good standing.
• Direct SNF experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LVN and CNA staff on assigned shifts and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate admissions and complete clinical documentation.
• Perform PCC audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and care plans updates.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and a safe, compassionate environment.
