Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead frontline nursing staff during day and evening shifts. This full-time role requires oversight of admissions, documentation, and regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing facility.

You will coordinate clinical operations, mentor LVNs and CNAs, and partner with physicians to update care plans as patient conditions change. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification active.
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Experience using PCC for EHRs and audits is a plus.
• Familiarity with Title 22 LTCS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight during assigned shifts.
• Supervise, mentor, and give feedback to nurses and CNAs on the floor.
• Conduct digital clinical audits in PCC to ensure medical record accuracy.
• Ensure shift-wide compliance with CA Title 22 and facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to update care plans.
