Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the assigned department, ensuring safe patient care, staffing, and fiscal stewardship. You’ll collaborate with the Director to promote service excellence and patient outcomes.

You will guide staff development, implement PI monitors, and maintain competency across age groups, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a busy acute-care setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required.
• Permanent Multi-State RN license is required.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• CPI certification with orientation period is required.
• Other certifications may be required within orientation period.
• Preferred: 2–3 years of Acute Care or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates flexibility in responding to emergencies, staffing changes, and unpredicted situations.
• Sets priorities, prepares assignments, and delegates duties at the start of each shift.
• Support staff development by assessing educational needs and providing ongoing education.
• Participate in evaluating and improving patient care with a unit-based quality-monitoring program.
• Delegate shift duties including chart checks, logs, and supply checks.
• Performs related duties as required.
