Job summary

Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the assigned department, overseeing patient care, staffing, budgeting, and strategic objectives to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role collaborates with the Director, promotes service excellence, and requires an RN with an associate degree, current multi-state license, and CPR. Leadership experience in acute care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: Multi-State RN license or Compact state license with obtaining Multi-State RN license if living in a non-compact state within 30 days.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR; CPI certification within 7 days of hire; unit-specific certifications may be required within orientation.
• Leadership experience in acute care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and unit goals.
• Promote a safe environment for patients, families, and staff while maintaining clinical and professional competency.
• Provide ongoing education and PI monitoring, and support staff development.
