Job summary

Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital is seeking a results-driven healthcare leader to supervise Patient Care Services on-site, ensuring alignment with Nursing and organizational objectives. The role coordinates admissions, bed management, and cross-department communication to optimize patient flow.

The ideal candidate has a nursing credential, several years of nursing experience, and possible supervisory background in acute care.

Qualifications

• Three years professional nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred in an acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains effective communication with patients, medical staff, staff and visitors; coordinates efforts and throughput.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates nursing and administrative functions during emergencies.
• Evaluates the quality of patient care through rounds, interviews, and monitoring for compliance with policies.
• Participates in day-to-day managerial decisions and operations; coordinates with physicians and other departments.
• Participates in the Patient Services Division management, assists in goals and budgets.
• Performs related duties as required.

Skills
