Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a nursing unit, ensuring safe patient care, staffing, and fiscal accountability. The role partners with the Director to drive service excellence and maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing with an active RN license (Multi-State/Compact); BLS CPR certification is required, CPI within 7 days, and leadership experience in acute care

Qualifications

• Must have Associates degree in Nursing.
• Certified in BLS CPR per American Heart Association; CPI certification within 7 days.
• Licensure: Multi-State RN license or compact state license; obtain MSRN if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates flexibility in emergencies, staffing changes, and crises with delegation as needed.
• Sets priorities, assigns duties at shift start and adjusts as situations change.
• Supports ongoing education for nursing staff and assesses training needs.
• Contributes to unit-based quality-monitoring and PI reports.
• Performs routine duties such as chart checks and room preparation; ensures supplies are current.
