Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree in Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: RN license (validMulti-State) as applicable; CPI certification with orientation.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR; CPI within 7 days; other unit certifications may be required during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, and fiscal oversight.
• Collaborates with the Director to implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains clinical/professional competency appropriate to ages and populations served.
• Supports ongoing quality improvement by monitoring and reporting PI measures.
