Job summary

Empire Care Centers seeks an RN Supervisor to join our dedicated team. The RN Supervisor will assess resident needs, administer nursing care, evaluate care, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities include staffing input, clinical leadership with DON and Unit Manager, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes communication across disciplines and accurate QM/QI reporting.

Qualifications

• GA RN license required
• 2-3 years RN experience

Responsibilities

• Assist DON with staffing, interviews, hires, and orientation.
• Provide clinical leadership and plan/organize nursing program.
• Lead nursing care to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance between nurses, CNAs, and medical staff.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• Ensure care plans address all indicators.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines on patient status.
• Prepare QM/QI reports and track data to improve care.
• Active involvement in Quality Improvement.
• Implement educational plans for changes.
