Job summary

Empire Care Centers in Atlanta, GA is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, assess resident needs, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure high-quality care on the Monday-Friday 3P-11P shift.

The RN Supervisor will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager to plan, organize, and implement nursing programs, lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• GA RN license required.
• 2-3 years RN supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing recommendations; interview and orient professional staff.
• Clinical leadership with DON and Unit Manager to plan and direct nursing program.
• Provide nursing leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with DON to ensure timely compliance among nurses and CNAs.
• Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
• Track and analyze QM/QI data to improve care quality.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop educational plans to meet changing program needs.
