Mercy is seeking a registered nurse in Crestwood, MO to support planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care in designated areas. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as a staff nurse, taking on managerial duties as assigned.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active MO RN license (or compact licensure), BLS, and at least 2 years of patient care experience. Supervisory experience and a BSN are preferred.

Responsabilités

Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
Acts as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
