Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking an RN Supervisor for night shifts to oversee planning, coordination, and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas. The role acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients and steps in as a staff nurse when needed.

The position includes supervisory responsibilities delegated by a manager, with emphasis on Mercy Service Standards and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• 2-3 years experience in patient care.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
