Comprehensive at Williamsville in Williamsville, NY seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and nursing staff.You will provide direct patient care under medical direction, monitor non-licensed personnel, and adjust treatment plans per facility policies within federal/state guidelines.This on-site role requires NYS RN licensure and a nursing program graduate, with leadership ability to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Competenze

Registered Nurse(RN) Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
• Other duties as needed

Education and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Licensure and registration by the NYS Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required
