Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Canonsburg, PA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing care and guide a team in a resident-centered facility.

You will provide direct patient care, supervise non-licensed staff, and assist in updating treatment plans under medical direction, with emphasis on compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed and registered as a PA RN with the PA Board of Nursing Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision of attending physicians, Director of Nursing, and Medical Director.
• Monitor performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment plans to meet residents' physical and psychological needs per policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
• Other duties as needed

Education and Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required
