Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington is seeking an RN Supervisor for the overnight shift (11p–7a) to lead nursing care in a long‑term care setting. Join a team with a positive culture under new management.

You will provide direct nursing care under medical direction, supervise non‑licensed staff, and help modify treatment plans to meet residents' physical and psychological needs in line with facility policies and standards.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Licensed and registered by PA Board of Nursing as RN is required.

• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents in accordance with facility policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
• Other duties as needed

Education and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required
