Hilltop Heights Health & Rehab Center in the United States seeks a compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing team. The role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, and shifts run 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. We provide flexible pay options including on-demand and weekly pay, plus a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, creating care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality care and safety across our community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license for the state of work.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR or BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care in SNF setting.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff per policy.
