Job summary

Highland Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking Registered Nurses for all shifts, with part-time and full-time openings. A sign-on bonus of up to $8,500 is available.

The RN will supervise nursing staff, monitor resident care, and report changes to leadership in a busy long-term care setting. Responsibilities include coordinating with the DON/ADON, assessing new admissions, and ensuring documentation accuracy across MARs and daily logs.

Qualifications

• RN nursing supervision experience in long-term care settings.
• Ability to supervise nurses and aides and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director of Nurses and Assistant to implement changes.
• Supervise nurses and aides for a Long Term Care facility.
• Monitor resident care and report changes to DON/ADON.
• Assess newly admitted residents and document in the 24-hour report.
• Ensure proper documentation on MARs and nursing notes.
