Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on evenings. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-quality resident care in a 320-bed facility located in Manhattan.

Competenze

• RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN supervisory or unit management experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with residents and families.
• Ensure all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care.
• Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records for quality care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assess needs for critical care.
• Participate in care meetings and ongoing staff education.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.
